Hi, I'm Tyndal
I am a passionate, laid-back therapist who values connection and honesty with my clients.
My approach is gentle + challenging. The cold, clinical, stuffy kind of therapy isn’t my thing. I like the compassionate, authentic, and lighthearted kind of therapy much better.
It is incredibly important to me that my clients feel safe, heard, and respected. It is my job to meet you where you are, not where I think you should be.
We live in a society that demands disconnection from our needs, our emotions, our bodies + each other. We are often pressured to be in a constant state of productivity + giving.
I love working with women who are curious about unlearning some of this.
I work from a trauma-focused, humanistic approach with a heavy dose of self-compassion. I believe everyone has what it takes inside of themselves to heal and move forward when there is enough safety present for our minds + bodies.
I believe our minds and bodies are adapted toward survival. Sometimes, they are still operating in ways that may no longer serve us. Sometimes, it’s helpful to explore this and invite a different way of being.
The relationship between client and therapist is a vital part of the therapeutic process. I invite you to reach out to see how you think we fit.
