Hi, I'm Tyndal

I am a passionate, laid-back therapist who values connection and honesty with my clients. Authenticity and humor are an integral part of who I am as a person and therefore as a therapist.

I work from a humanistic approach, which means I believe everyone has what it takes inside of themselves to heal and move forward. I strive to create a place of safety and respect where clients have the space to be themselves without being judged.

I have clinical experience with presenting complaints including but not limited to: grief and loss, trauma & PTSD, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relational distress, attachment wounds, and identity exploration. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages via various work settings.

I like to emphasize emotions, needs, and body awareness in sessions while I work from a trauma-informed approach. It is important to me that clients feel heard, empowered, and respected.

I believe life events up to now have shaped who we are. The residue of previous wounding can hang around longer than we would like it to. I invite clients to explore what parts of themselves they admire and what parts may have areas for growth. Below you can find more information on some of the modalities I like to use.

Feeling stuck or not feeling like your true self? Reach out and let's explore together what is holding you back from being where you want to be.

The relationship between client and therapist is a vital part of the therapeutic process. I invite you to reach out to see how you think we fit.
